Sales Manager
The Position: PackSmart is seeking a motivated sales leader who is confident in their ability to build and inspire an outside sales team to drive the sales performance of the company. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team with key customer visits, analyzing sales reports, working with key vendor partners, and removing obstacles which will equate to vibrant sales success. Our growth plans include the development and onboarding of a new team of sales professionals who will perpetuate the dynamic growth of PackSmart.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 5 or more years of sales management experience
- 10+ Combined years of experience in sales and sales management
- Experience with the packaging/industrial marketplace (preferred)
- Exposure to Capital Equipment Sales (preferred)
- Forward thinking mindset
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and have the ability to travel locally with some over-night travel
- Proficient Knowledge of Microsoft Products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong evidence of growing a sales team
- CRM and ERP experience (Zoho and Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience a plus)
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and hold the sales team accountable
- Actively recruit, onboard and train Outside Sales Representatives and Account Managers
- Collaborate in sales presentations at key customers/prospects
- Work directly with key vendor partners to develop better programs to support sales growth
- Analyze sales reports at regular intervals to assist with forecasting and properly guiding sales team
- Participate in and supports initiatives set by Leadership Team and Sales Weekly Meetings
- Manage, distribute, and track all incoming leads from vendors and marketing efforts
- Monitors and evaluates product lines, competition, and market analyses
